With nearly two decades of experience dedicated to the ASC industry, Steve has built a reputation for delivering practical strategies that improve operations, strengthen financial performance, and create lasting value.
Having worked alongside OHS Founder Jessica Nantz for many years before the ownership transition, Steve continues the firm’s tradition of providing independent, client-focused consulting and management solutions tailored to each organization’s unique goals.
Steve’s experience spans every stage of the ambulatory surgery center lifecycle—from business development and physician recruitment to center administration, operational leadership, payer strategy, and long-term growth planning. His unique perspective combines executive leadership with hands-on operational experience, enabling him to help clients solve complex challenges while identifying opportunities for increased profitability and efficiency.
Under Steve’s leadership, OHS specializes in developing and managing ambulatory surgery centers without requiring equity ownership. The firm partners with clients to enhance operational performance, optimize revenue cycle processes, negotiate and improve payer relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen governance, and position ASCs for long-term success in an evolving healthcare landscape.
