Steve Henry | MBA, CASC
Steve is Principal of Outpatient Healthcare Strategies. For nearly 20 years he has been in the healthcare space with a specific focus on ambulatory surgery centers. Steve has worked closely with Jessica Nantz, Founder of OHS in the ASC space, prior to the ownership transition.
Steve’s experience began in Marketing and Business Development with a national ASC Company, then as an Administrator for a multi-specialty center. His hands-on financial, operational, and administrative experience offers clients a wealth of knowledge in the outpatient surgery setting. Steve’s focus is on developing, managing ASCs without equity being required, and increasing operational efficiencies, ensuring compliance, and educating centers on regulatory aspects of the ambulatory surgical areas.
Steve holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has held the CASC credential since 2011.
